What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free within 45km of our Waihi Yard. Beyond this, our delivery fees are as follows;
- 45-70km from our Waihi Yard - $30 delivery fee
- 70-100km from our Waihi Yard - $40 delivery fee
- 100+km from our Waihi Yard - please contact us to quote your delivery fee.
When will I receive my delivery?
We make deliveries in groupings based on area, and may take place on any day within the next 5-10 business days. Please ensure the delivery area is clear and ready to receive your order. We will notify you by phone call or text message the morning of your delivery to confirm.
Delivery Tip-off Site
When you place an order, you will be asked where you would like your order received on the property; It needs to be an easily accessible location where our drivers can delivery the order in a timely manner. Please be aware that occasionally our safety policies may prevent us from delivering to the exact site, so if we are unable to, then we will delivery the order to where our delivery drivers deem to be the next best tip-off site at your property.
